Rick Smith sandwiched about 30 minutes of putting practice with John Daly between his Buick Open practice round.
ReplyDelete"He's aiming poorly, which makes you compensate in your stroke," Smith said. "As soon as he wears his regular street pants, he begins to focus on the line. Man, those pants are a distraction."
Smith added, "It's a wonder he can see the fairway when he wears those things."
I still love JD's look, but I must admit I can't even buy striped golf shoes because they distract me when I'm putting.
